“The first thing I am going to say is “there is not any customer service within the hotel”! You have to have codes to get in AND if you call them to get help forget about it! RUDE!! Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about , while another couple was waiting outside looking at their phones trying to figure it out!
There was dust in the corners of room and papers on the floor! Not sure how anyone would miss it.
