Excellent Relaxing Stay

It was our first visit and totally enjoyed our stay! My wife and I are retired, I worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years and acutely aware of service standards. From check in, to dinner and breakfast and check out, everyone was excellent!

Really great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great area. It also has nice facilities including a small gym, sauna & spa. Happy to say we will be coming back.

A decent stay altogether. Room was clean and service was good. The gym is small but has the basics, although it's warm there and the water cooler wasn't functioning at the time. The location is ok but still need to walk about 20/25 minutes to the centre of town, but the bus links are good if you don't fancy the walk. Staff were friendly and there's a nice bar open most of the time in the lobby.

Cleanest hotel ever.

Very very clean. Modern hotel. Large room. (Would benefit from having coffee/ tea making facilities). Handy location 15 minutes from Airport. Super breakfast cost 17€. Parking 15€ but lots of free parking in the area.

Very good quality hotel. Good rooftop pool and solarium. Gym also well equipped for a hotel. Rooms spacious and well maintained. It is around 20/25 min walk into centre of town (very flat and pleasant walk) but do bear that in mind if you want to be right in the centre of things. Happy to recommend otherwise.

An enjoyable stay

We stayed for 5 nights and it was really enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was brilliant in the room. There is a spar supermarket across the road and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where there’s buses every 15/20 minutes to bring you into the centre and it takes about 15 minutes on the bus. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. We didn’t include breakfast but we did enquire one morning and it was €19 per person which we felt was a bit pricey. We made use of the rooftop area and used the sun loungers and the pool. Towards the weekend on the Friday and Saturday it was very busy and we didn’t get loungers.!

Liked: we upgraded to a junior suite which was well worth it, very spacious and quiet. Good breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff. A little away from centre but there’s a good bus service into town that’s regular and cheap. A few bars are local ideal for casual drinks and tapas. Areas to consider: Hotel front faces onto a busy roundabout so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the rear. Lobby and bar area are modern but very quiet with no social buzz.

Hotel is OK, room was spacious, but the air was very stuffy. Probably they haven't cleaned the air vents in looong time. I got a reaction in my nose and throat beacuse of the bad air quality.

Avoid Wasting Your Money – Terrible Management and Poor Hygiene Standards Overall Rating: 1 / 5 We stayed at this hotel for 9 days, and unfortunately, it fell far short of basic hospitality standards. Disappointing Suite Upgrade (£500 extra): We were offered an upgrade to a suite upon arrival for an additional £500. Arriving late, we didn't inspect the suite until the following morning. The bathroom was filthy—there was visible mold around the silicone sealant, dirty tile grout requiring a deep clean, damaged trim/fixtures, and an outdated shower enclosure that urgently needs replacement. Repetitive Breakfast: The breakfast selection was extremely limited, with zero rotation or variety across our entire 9-day stay. Eating the exact same small offering every morning got tired very quickly. Dismissive Management: Raising issues with hotel management is completely pointless. Their default response to valid complaints was simply, "We will do better next time." Offering empty promises after taking extra money for a suite upgrade shows zero accountability or customer care. Unmaintained Facilities: The spa areas are severely neglected. The sauna is old with splintered wood, while the jacuzzi area features mold on the walls and poorly maintained, dirty showers. Save your money—there are many far superior hotels in Alicante with professional management who actually value their guests!
