It was a great location. We parked at the hotel I found it safe as it was gated. We weee a short bus ride to the city too. Which made it easy if we didn’t want to drive. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Ibis, there is an ibis budget next door. We were very surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. It's a budget hotel but, it was immaculate. All of the staff (especially the gentlemen serving drinks and food) were wonderful. The room was lovely and cool which was amazing during a heatwave of 36°. The bed was very comfy, we slept so well. Shower was lovely. The cleaner came in while we were out and replenished our towels, made the bed and cleaned the room. If you are looking for something bang in the centre with a pool, and everything in walking distance, this is not for you. However, if you dont mind taking the bus or taxi, there is a bus stop opposite which gets you into Alicante centre in 10 minutes and they are very regular. The hotel is a 10/15 minutes drive from the airport too. All in, it was great value for money, the staff were wonderful and the food and drinks were pretty decent. We would definitely stay again.

The room was great, clean and spacious, no tea/coffee machine. It is very far from the centre and the buses are every hour but we just used uber, costing £6-13 each time. Breakfast was ok, not much choice. Staff ordered a taxi to the airport for us and it tuned up in minutes which was good.
