6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
The breakfast was decent and probably one of the better aspects of the stay. There was a good selection, including a section where different dishes were offered each day, which was a nice touch. I would rate the breakfast around 7/10. Swimming pool is lovely. The hotel itself felt quite outdated and I think it could benefit from significant improvement. I noticed dust and fragments underneath the bed, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were very spacious, and the hotel is only around 10 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. However, the location is also quite isolated from other places, meaning you can find yourself relying on Uber quite frequently, which can become expensive. The biggest disappointment of my stay happened on 1 Sep. I noticed that my MacBook charger was missing from my room, and I distinctly remember leaving it there. I strongly believe it was taken by one of the cleaners. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from the hotel staff. We reported the issue and asked for assistance, but we received very little help or communication. I actually had to approach the staff again myself and ask for an update before I was given any information regarding the missing charger. Unfortunately, the charger was never recovered or replaced.

Extremely disappointing experience - guests should be aware. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had, and I feel other guests should be aware of what happened before booking. I initially chose this hotel largely because of the fitness facilities shown in its advertising. However, on arrival I discovered that the gym prominently featured in the hotel’s photographs is not the gym located on-site. The actual on-site gym is extremely small, stuffy and poorly equipped, with equipment that was stiff or did not work properly. I asked reception about the larger gym shown in the hotel’s photographs and was told that hotel guests had free access. However, the receptionists did not appear to have clear or consistent knowledge about the facility or how guests were supposed to access it. I was not properly informed that it was off-site, that getting there realistically required a car, or that there was a possibility of arriving and finding nobody there to provide access. Fortunately, my partner had a car and dropped me at the other gym. When I arrived, there was nobody there and I could not get inside. I ended up spending 40 minutes trying to resolve a problem that should never have occurred if the hotel had provided clear, accurate info. This is therefore not simply a complaint about a gym. It is about misleading presentation, inadequate communication, staff who did not appear knowledgeable about the facilities they were directing. Also defensiveness!!

Stayed here for 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment. Second stay here in a 2 year period and doesnt look like any in room maintenance has taken place. Spiders webs on the roof, Marks all over the wall, no kettle in the room, musty AC. For £220 per night, I would have expected a lot more than this place can offer.

Ikke noget at klage over.

Amazing hotel with huge rooms and black out shutters. Two huge and great pools with outside showers. Very helpful staff and great food and drinks. I recommend asking the front desk for a taxi to where you’re going as Uber is more expensive and takes too long. Thank you Platio Golf Resort

We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here. Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out. Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers.
