“Small room with double bed. Stiflingly hot and no air con. Small TV screen . Stairs everywhere as old property but there was a lift. See accessibility video. Parking opposite hotel on sea front first come first gets the space. Very few spaces at rear . Would have expected better overall for the money.”

“We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Copper Beech. Our large room was very tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. Sam & Ben were great hosts and the breakfast was delicious, especially Sam's overnight oats which were amazing, a different flavour every morning. A great location for visiting Southwold & Aldeburgh and the beautiful Suffolk area. We would definitely return to this lovely B & B.”

“The bedroom we had was gorgeous. Lovely setting and comfy bed, the bathroom was gorgeous. The spa was also lovely, outdoor sauna and seating area was great to relax. The only point that let it down were stains on the furniture in both the bedroom and the spa. Could just do with a quick steam clean and they’d be gone.”
