My experience was perfect. Great place to stay with beach access. Short walk into historic Alcochete town center. Great indoor and outdoor onsite restaurant. Perfect clean rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff. I was traveling with a pet and all arrangements went perfectly. I very highly reccomend this hotel and I praise its management. A+++ & will go again.

Since day one the staff, facilities and all American were top notch, very helpful staff provided all the information needed to check in, breakfast and location of pools and other areas. Rooms were kept daily and crew always did an amazing job. The pool was amazing with friendly help taking drink orders while we were enjoying the pool.

The room we booked had 2 separate bedrooms and was an apartment facing the pool and bridge/ocean . It was beautiful and great for our family. The apartment was large, had balconies facing both directions, was well stocked with kitchen items and even had a washer/dryer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast and on-site restaurant was delicious. It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the Lisbon city center. The town near the hotel had great restaurant options and a few supermarkets to choose from. Overall, I recommend this hotel for families.

The 1-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations, with a beautiful location and a great outside pool. The staff were generally friendly. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by a health and safety issue with the marble shower floor. While using the shower, I noticed that a section was cracked, chipped and sharp, creating a genuine risk of injury. I reported it shortly after checking in. What concerns me most is how this was missed in the first place and how it had apparently not been reported before the apartment was allocated to me. Had I not noticed it, I could have stepped on the sharp section and seriously injured my foot. After reporting it, I received conflicting information about when and how it would be repaired, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. Given the seriousness of the issue, I believe this should have been dealt with directly by a manager rather than what appeared to be inexperienced front-office staff, with some form of recompense offered. Instead, I was eventually offered the option of moving to another room a couple of days later. Overall, a lovely hotel in a beautiful location, but the handling of the shower safety issue was disappointing and took away from what should have been a relaxing stay.
