The staff perain who assigned my room was kind as well as understanding of my situation. I thank her for the room to which she assigned me. Regarding the room itself, although there was mold and missing brought in the shower, it was still mostly clean. Also, the rest of the room and furniture and air conditioner were in very good condition and fully functional. I actually felt good while I stayed there.

The rooms are clean enough and the size of the room for the price is excellent. Where you see the difference is in the maintenance of the overall facility. Little things just are repaired, skweaky doors, not all light working, unwashed exterior windows, you get the idea. Additionally the complementry breakfast is pretty much a joke. Blueberry and chocolate muffins, some granola bars and coffee. If you are really lucky you'll have all those on the same day. In four days of stay there was never any coffee and the muffin options were just one, bit for the price savings, take the two minute drive to Wex and have a fabulous breakfast.

The Extended Stay on Rio Rancho Blvd has become our go to when we are visiting family. Staff are friendly. We love the ability to cook meals in our room. The washer and dryer are a great amenity and reasonably priced at $2.50 a load. Rooms are clean upon check-in and stocked with towels, toiletries, and extra garbage bags.
