Older building, could use some refurbishing. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent, as good as some restaurants. Cost was reasonable (especially given that it was the start of the Balloon Festival). Location is awesome -- easy walk to Old Town, Biopark, Rio Grande greenway.
Surprisingly pleasant and clean room with most of the usual amenities. Breakfast was also surprisingly good and plentiful served on real plates and not the usual disposable foam plates. Would certainly recommend if staying in Albuquerque.

Rooms need a little maintenance, specially in the bathrooms. Other than that good location and affordable
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Even with what appeared to be a remodel in the breakfast area, it was clean.
The controls for the climate controls were hidden behind the window curtain. A sign someplace very obvious stating this would be nice.
The hot items for breakfast were cold or miising. There was no coffee even after I asked for so I went to a drive thru. The juice and milk were literally room temperature. Maybe the woman needs to skip going outside for her coffee?
Rooms are always very clean, staff is very friendly. Not too many options for breakfast but very good for the choices that are given. Beds are very comfortable. Love the jetted bath tubs!!
Property as clean cozy quiet & easy access from the main street

A great price for 2 rooms. For what we got, it was a good value. High points: clean and comfortable beds, bamboo floors, refreshing pool.
Low points: ice machine did not work, smoke detector went off after both showers, tile work is in rough shade.
We had to leave before breakfast, so I don't know how it was.
All in all, I would stay here again to get a great price.
They turned the water off during my stay. Water fixtures were loose and the morning I left a cricket crawled up the pipes and was in the tub. Complementary breakfast ran out of coffee and eggs. The air worked and bed is comfortable is the only pluses
It started out okay, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. There is an obnoxious motion light that turns on all the lights in the sink area. Not just above the sink but the ceiling light as well. Also the room with the toilet. So if you use the bathroom in the night it’s like a spotlight blaring whoever else is trying to sleep. No way to turn it off. No door to close. No one wants a blinding light when they go to the bathroom at night.
The bathroom also needs a good scrubbing. We didn’t even use the shower because it is grubby! Soap scum in the corners.
