Overall, the hotel needs updating. The carpet was old and torn in some places. The bar also needs updating in the liquor display area. The check-in staff were nice and professional. Pool and exercise room are nice. City needs to address the drug addicts akin the area.

Our stay was fine. There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !

Great customer service, clean Hotel, there was a high pitched squealing coming from the toilet as the water was filling up but then it went off once it was full, definitely a plumbing issue. Love there fresh warm cookies upon checking in. I’ve stayed there several times and will continue to stay there.
