The hot tub was very welcome, and the room was very adequate, and not fancy, which was just as we wanted. We especially liked the ironing board/iron for our needs. Convenient to shopping/eateries a plus. The breakfast was complete and very good.

Best place in Albany. Great hot tub, great location with plenty of room to park anything from a vehicle or two all the way to an RV, and it's tucked away enough where it's safe to park, walk about at night, get great food from the food trucks next to the hotel, or even something from the 24hr Winco. Tara and Wrica are amazing and I would definitely say they both contributed immensely to the overall quality and comfort of my stay. Thanks!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great for a guy by himself. I had a classic car in the parking lot and was a little nervous about leaving it but all was well. There is a food truck area right off the parking area and a McDonalds. The pool looked fine.

Ask for TARA, front desk lady who is the epitome of excellence in hospitality, which for a Super 8 is even more exceptional. Breakfast is amazing and complimentary but could be nice if it were available longer than 9:30am. Floors in room are filthy, housekeeping never came, and I feel like a burden to the front desk / property manager, when calling the front for the TV that didn't work for 4 days, and it's Tuesday, I have booked through Friday, and I have yet to be moved to a room with 2 beds or any other kind of accommodation; been told there is no vacancy to assist in moving rooms, when I find that hard to believe just by looking around. A free night/refund/anything to recompense this hell of a birthday weekend would be appreciated. Tara deserves a raise, otherwise, the rest of the place could use some work.
