The hotel was being refurbished while we were there so there was ongoing construction around us. However, overall it was not an issue. It is a very good facility and it only needs some new carpeting and such to show it off. The staff was attentive and assisted us throughout our stay.

I took the room as a more affordable option than my usual Marriott stays. I prefer the brand consistency, so this was an exception for me. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, though just not the level of what I usually see at my typical Marriott stays. It's fine for what I needed, a cheap place to stay for one night.

The room was very clean, and it was clear they are working on repairing and remodeling the hallways and doorways. Parking was ample, but we did not try the breakfast, opting instead for Dunkin’ Donuts next door. The staff was helpful, although communication was somewhat difficult due to the glass barrier separating them from the customers.

This was an unplanned stop due to bad weather. We booked quite late hoping to get out of driving further in the rain. The staff was amazing, helpful, efficient and accommodating. Our late arrival was met with kindness and the grounds and lobby are neat and clean. Our room had a clean bed and fresh linens. The mattress was older but fine for the few hours of sleep we needed. The room, though outdated served its purpose as a quick stop. The decor, carpet, paint and furniture dated and could use some sprucing up. Everything was older. For the price, this was a great stop due to the cleanliness and kind staff.

Pros: Parking is ample, location (if you want to stay in Rotterdam) is ideal. Rooms are sufficient and clean. Area is quiet. Cons: the WiFi is unreliable, don’t work here remotely without a backup plan or hotspot. The lobby smells like a gym locker and skunky 🍃The main areas need a lot of love and a makeover.
