It’s the third time we stay here. It’s a new property at the center of Alba. Cute little town with several high end shops, great restaurants and bars. It’s close to everything we love about Piedmont. Truffles, great pasta and of course the Piedmontese wines. The hotel is great and the staff super helpful. Great stay at a reasonable price in the heart of wine country.

This was a wonderful hotel. The welcome we received was amazing. We were early for check in, but by the time we collected our luggage, our room was ready. Immediately we were asked if we needed help for recommendations of places to eat, or see. Staff were interested in ensuring we enjoyed the area. If you have a car, do ask for one of the reserved parking spaces in the nearby parking garage at the railway station. This was a secure spot and very close to the hotel. Staff made a reservation at a restaurant that was just amazing -Eno club. The staff truly want to ensure you enjoy your stay.

We loved the staff and the location but with such incredible food in the town we thought the breakfast buffet was simply awful. I think offering fresh and more appealing food would make this hotel stay better but we skipped breakfast in favour of a nearby restaurant.

Great service. Pleasant and helpful hosts. Especially, the lady who checked us in at evening and the evening barman, but reallly all of them. Room cleaned well, dailtly and cleaning ladies take note of the way we like things. They tidied the clothes we keft on footon. Breakfasts are tasty and pleantiful.

This property was amazing. Rey modern with every convenience. The staff were exceptional and very friendly, even when I was trying my rudimentary Italian. The breakfast was the best I had at a hotel on my 10 day trip throughout Italy. There is some paid street parking which was a little difficult. I chose to pay for a spot at the train station parking garage right across the street, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I would absolutely stay again.
