“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing mainly because of the housekeeping and service standards. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were given smelled like a smoking room, which was not what we had asked for. Upon check-in, we also noticed that the coffee cups had not been cleaned from the previous guest, and one of them had clearly been used as an ashtray. That was a very unpleasant first impression. “I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. People make reservations based on these facilities, so this should be clearly mentioned instead of misleading guests. A hotel that calls itself a “5-star hotel” should understand the meaning of hospitality and...
