Riads en Al-Hofuf

“Hotel was overbooked. Receptionist didn't care and said he did not recognize our booking until we showed him proofs upon proofs that we had made a booking. AC remote control was broken. Towels were provided upon request and even though they were wrapped in a laundry plastic they smelt pethatically bad.”

“La distribución de la suite es buena, sin margo la limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar es decepcionante. Los climas no funcionaban apropiadamente, la chapa de la puerta dañada, los baños exageradamente sucios”

“The staff support is lacking ”

“Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm ”
