“Floor in the room was dirty took my socks off and walked across the floor went to the shower and when I turned the water on there was black residue on the floor of the shower under my feet and I had to kill a large spider climbing on the curtains”

“The parking was fine, the morning staff was aloof, there was no milk for my tea, the coffee creamer was unacceptable - the room and bedding was clean- the towels were old and dingy - the shampoo in the shower was falling apart and there was no conditioner! I never used to comment on things - but never would have booked this place if these had been pointed out!”
