We arrived on Saturday @ 4pm. There is no one at the building to help you get in. I was told that I was sent all the info in advance but I don’t remember getting it. And if I do it was in French and I only soak a little French so when we arrived we did not have a door code, key for our room, know where to park etc. Finally I was able to text and get the info I needed. I was told I could pay when we left on Monday morning as there would be someone in Reception. There is no reception. I knocked on a door in the lobby and a very nice lady took me to the building’s office which was about 1.5 blocks away and I did not have the address. I wonder what they would do if I just left without paying? Anyway, the room is fine but make sure you have all the check-in and check-out info before you arrive at the building.
