Great start to our Italy Holiday!

Lovely traditional style Italian Beach front Hotel with its own Beach club opposite. Great location and plenty of good quality shops and restaurants close by.

The hotel has a nice pool area and spa that is open to all hotel guests and includes a large indoor pool and a large jacuzzii area. The hotel and rooms are clean and adequate. Room amenities are minimal and the decoration a bit dated. But overall a great hotel.

2 star with a Spa, would I stay again NO

Staff not very friendly, barely spoke any English. Bar outside area dirty, glasses from previous night not cleared away at 1100. Breakfast more like a canteen, even have to cook your own eggs. Evening meal very disappointing. Balcony not cleaned. More like a 2 star with an overpriced Spa. Would I stay again definitely not

Grotty dilapidated hotel with a good view

The hotel is not 4 star by any standard it is falling apart the toilets smell of urine I was locked in to one for 30 minutes with a broken door handle , decoration from the 1980’s , crumbling paintwork , rusty gym equipment and an overpacked pool area with a basic spa , I think this is probably the worse hotel I have stayed in and the nice view does not make up for it

Good location, but tired and needs an update.

We only stayed one night, and I was okay with the Adelphia - because I booked it - but my wife didn’t like it. It’s a little tired and in need of maintenance. To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. Fortunately, there were no customers in the bar at 9:30pm on a Friday night! There is also no supply of towels for use in the pool and spa facilities - you just use the bathrobe. I used the spa pool and saunas - they’re a bit old but still function well; the changing rooms are a little tired, so I can see why nobody else used them - I showered in there after my saunas. My wife didn’t like the level of cleanliness, and also felt that the bedlinen was a cotton mix rather than a decent cotton. Good location, but tired. Parking was secure and at no extra charge, so that was a plus point. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Despite the good reviews we were very disappointed with this stay. Says it’s 4 star but definitely no more than a 3 star hotel. Our room was large but very dull with plastic furnishing and paper cups for coffee/tea- no milk offered. The pool/spa/gym is open to the public so over the weekend was just too busy to use - this wasn’t indicated in the info on site. The gym was completely different from pictures on site - it was located just of the pool so overwhelming smell of chlorine and just a few pieces of apparatus, that was also being used by people straight out of the pool. Breakfast was ok though totally self service including boiling your own egg and on one morning having to clear a table to use as even though staff on, no interest in clearing tables after guests have left. Also - after 2 days of waiting to have wardrobe door fixed so we could unpack we were moved to another room, but despite the door still being stuck they made up the room -with a cot, for incoming guests so they were going to have the same problem. Suffice to say we left a day early .

Chambre propre et spacieuse avec le nécessaire, les équipements dont disposent l'hôtel dont notamment les piscines apportent un plus à l'établissement le personnel est serviable et à l'écoute enfin le petit déjeuner est quand à lui d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix au regard d'un 4 étoiles

Séjour parfait

Chambre très spacieuse et agréable, hôtel calme au bord du Lac. L'espace détente offre beaucoup de prestations (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, massages, etc...) et c'est vraiment parfait.

L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres ont été rénovées récemment. Le SPA est vraiment un gros plus, l’accès est possible dès l’arrivée jusqu’au départ à 12H00.

Hôtel spa très agréable.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa. Les chambres privilèges sont très grandes avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les fontaines d'eau plate et gazeuse à l'étage sont très éco-responsables, par contre je conseille de mettre à disposition des chambres d'une carafe pour remplir d'eau et éviter de faire des allers-retours avec les verres pour se servir. Pour le spa, le prêt de serviettes de bain serait un plus afin d'éviter au client de devoir amener leurs propres serviettes car cela prend de la place dans une petite valise.

Nous étions venus en mai 2024. Et notre séjour cette année de 3 nuits a été parfait ; seul bémol le bruit ; Hélas côté rue avec vue sur le lac est particulièrement bruyant. Circulation en continue. C'est bien dommage. Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. pour finir avec une note positive : le personnel est parfait tout le monde est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons mais peut-être avec une chambre sur l'arrière. !! Bonne saison touristique.

Séjour déplorable, c'est sale et non professionnel

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, l'état, la propreté et le service sont déplorables. Les bordures des piscines et les entourages en métal des boutons pour activer les remous sont jaunes de crasse, des toilettes pas nettes au niveau du bar dès le début d'après midi (on voit que le sol n'a pas été nettoyé correctement depuis un moment). Les tasses à disposons et la bouilloire dans la chambre sont crasseuses. Nous avons du tout nettoyer avant de nous en servir. Les mouchoirs servant a les essuyer étaient encore marrons... après un premier lavage. Une rénovation a moindre coût, de la rouille dans la baignoire, sur le bas des fenêtres,... Des jeunes personnes pour vous accueillir qui n'ont que peu envie de travailler. En attente derrière un couple à l'accueil de l'espace spa, il nous a été dit, "je répète pas, vous avez entendu". Non, nous sommes arrivés au cours des explications et nous sommes respectueux en n'écoutant pas les échanges entre les personnes qui nous précédait et l'hôtesse d'accueil. Les plateaux du petit déjeuner étaient sales, il y a beaucoup de choix mais tout est mélangé, le salé et le sucré en dépit du bon sens. Un restaurant très cher pour ce qu'il sert, nous avons pris un plat avec des pommes de terre grenailles rissolées... elles n'étaient pas rissolées et tellement limites en cuisson que les plus grosses n'étaient pas suffisamment cuites... Au final, un séjour décevant et beaucoup trop cher. Un hôtel qui devrait comporter une étoile mais pas plus.

LAMENTABLE A FUIR

Reservation faites le 24 mars 18H Le choix de cet hotel la vue sur le lac et le SPA. A 18h, j'ai tenté de contacter l'hotel et le SPA 3 fois pour reserver un massage. AUCUNE personne à décroché, AUCUNE boite vocal pour laisser un message ou signaler "par exemple" le SPA fermé... Annulation possible jusqu'au 24 à 23H59 le 25, il est 11h23, EUX message pour me dire que le SPA est fermé Le 25, 11h41, MOI rappel attente 3' PERSONNE Le 25 14h04, EUX rappel avec une personne délicieuse: 1. qui trouve logique qu'on ne réponde pas au tel chez eux, ils devaient etre occuper à autre chose, 2.que l'information du SPA fermé ne soit pas indiqué sur hotel.com,"il l'est sur le site", ce qui n'est pas vrai... 3. Qui me termine, alors que je n'avais rien demandé et absolument pas pensé à ça car avant tout, déçu par le SPA fermé, en me disant " NE COMPTEZ PAS AVOIR UNE REMISE VOUS PAYEREZ LE PRIX "NORMAL"", yes pour une prestation ANORMALE... QUE DIRE dans ces conditions pour un établissement qui prétend un certain niveau de prestation. INADMISSIBLE, des disfonctionnements PARTOUT CHANGER DE METIER, VOUS N'ETES PAS FAIT POUR L'HOTELERIE A CE NIVEAU Je vous joins les éléments corroborants mes dires
