Air conditioning was on point as the temperature rose to over 100. The Staff was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Location is close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was okay and filling.

There is nothing terrible about this hotel but there is also nothing special about it either. The rooms have a musty smell. The beds are comfortable enough. The included breakfast is what you would expect at most hotels. The location was great.

once I walked into the hotel the I got a whiff of the air conditioning put off a beautiful fresh clean aroma, that stayed the whole time I was there. I could not believe how nice it smelled and fresh was an extra niceness to my stay there

The sign still says Hampton Inn and is not lit at Night which made the hotel difficult to find from the street. The AC did not work well enough to counteract 98 degree temps and I had to run the fan continuously which was noisy. Breakfast also not nearly as varied as when it was Hampton. Other Than that it Was comfortable and clean.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Down side is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Pool didn't have towels and bathrooms had zero ventilation. Toilets need to be replaced but for the price you can't not beat the area or amenities

Outstanding, warm, friendly staff from all aspects associated with the hotel. From check-n where you are warmly welcomed it is absolutely clear that the staff appreciates your staying at this hotel and do everything they can to ensure you feel welcomed and your needs are met. Breakfast is simple but more than sufficient and of quality with the breakfast manager actively making sure you get everything you need for your breakfast. Housekeeping and grounds crew members are also very welcoming and friendly and keep the rooms and property clean and neat respectively. This hotel is an excellent reasonably priced place to stay while you visit Aiken and the surrounding environs!

Angel, who works the desk and Debbie, who works in the breakfast area are the nicest, most helpful people you’ll ever meet. The room was large with a desk, tv, coffee pot and coffees, and a refrigerator with a freezer that really freezes. The bathroom was clean and had wall mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. There is a multiplug on one bedstand but only one outlet on the other side. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows of varying firmness. The only thing that was not pleasant was the frequent loud, grinding noises that came from the elevator around the corner from my room
