It's confusing checking in. I was getting messages and Emails at the same time. There is no one at the front desk and thankfully there was a kind gentleman there that help. I can't speak any French. It's a beautiful and well maintained place.

Clean but...

At least room was clean but... The wors pillow we had in any other place. A folded shirt was more confortable, no sound insulation, we could ear next room speakinf at a normal tone. At least they didnt had a torid night. Led ligt on power outlet ar too bright even when the light are close. Corridor light pass trough the door

On pouvait manger le souper qu’on avait apporté dans la salle à manger sans problème. La dame est très gentille. Très bel accueil. A noter qu’il y a un très bon restaurant à côté mais c’est préférable de réserver.

Positif: -Établissement propre, confortable et bien équipé. Négatif -À mon arrivé, il n'y avait personne pour m'acceullir et faire le check-in. J'ai appellé à 4 reprises sans retour d'appel. Après 1h d'attente, je suis finalement allé voir un avis google et j'ai réalisé qu'il faut aller voir le message envoyé par Expedia le matin même pour le numéro de chambre et le code de la porte. J'ai reçu un retour d'appel une semaine plus tard, ce qui est tout à fait innacceptable... Il serait simple de corriger la situation en ajoutant une simple affiche indiquant comment s'enregistrer s'il n'y a pas de personnel présent. Je croyais que j'allais devoir dormir dans mon auto.. -Le thermostat de la chambre était à 30C° à mon arrivé. Il faisait extrêmement chaud à mon arrivé. J'ai dû ouvrir la porte et la fenêtre ce qui a laissé entrer des insectes. Le moustiquaire était mal ajusté. - Il y a de petits irritants dans la conception de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Par exemple, manque de rangement et aucune table de chevet. -J'avais l'impression que l'hôtel était situé dans une cour d'un entrepreneur en excavation avec tout la machinerie et le gravier. Il y aurait moyen de rendre le paysagement plus invitant pour les visiteurs.
