Castillos en Agrapatana

“Personal muy amable y atento. ”

“Prarthana and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had a very delicious breakfast next morning. Views were amazing from our room. Location is beautiful and very conveniently close to the tea lounges and Nuwara Eliya town. Room is very clean and comfortable. ”

“Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful”

“Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Decent property or a short stay. The dining experience was good. Close to Nuwara Eliya town centre but not walkable. Considering the fact the area is a hill station with cold/colder weather conditions, the room(s) need a better heating setup that can make the visitors feel comfortable inside the room.”

“景色は素晴らしいが、エレベーターがないので不便です。換気が上手くいってないのか、料理の匂いが部屋でも気になりました。”

“El lugar apartado de la población y muy cerca de ella en coche 10 minutos al centro o en tuc tuc y caminando 1 hora Lo unico que no me gusto eran que las servilletas no las cambiaban cada dia El personal super amable y atento”

“Nice peaceful location with Good views . Staff is very helpful”

“Truly an amazing stay - all the staff were wonderful (Shan was great and very helpful!). Food was wonderful and it was the perfect rest we needed.”

“Cozy ”

“Stayed here for one night after climbing Adam’s Peak and it was perfect for the rest and sleep that was needed. The property was clean, including the room which had a big, comfy bed and hot water. No ac needed as it got chilly in the evening, there was a warm duvet. Staff were extremely nice and friendly, making sure we were well attended do. Food was excellent - we asked to meet with the chef so we could thank him personally as it was that good. All food was cooked fresh. We left early the next...

“Room was spacious and nice. Welcoming 5 min massage was great and full body massage for fair price was very good. Whirlpool in sauna area was under maintenance. Service in restaurant was very bad. We ate their twice, both 15 min nobody cared about us, then once ordered nothing happened another 20 minutes, not even drinks came. Second day for breakfast same experience. Food though was good and prices fair. Definitely they have service issues in their restaurant.”
