Great value in central Agadir

Another return trip for us to the Tagadirt (our first stay was over 35 years ago, so it’s not new!) & enjoyed it as much as ever. The staff are lovely & always find us a quiet studio. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very relaxing & shielded from Atlantic winds in winter and the well tended gardens make this a great value stay in the centre of Agadir.

The hotel very old abd after last time I was staying in 15 years backbthis summer found out nothings has been charged the bed sheet very dirty floor still have hair from last customer. One good thing about is location in middle of everything you looking for.

Very poor service the receptionist was rude , no door man nobody helps , the room was dirty smells terrible , towels very dirty dirty , toilet smells of drain, the bed wasn’t comfortable , no air conditioning no Hairdryer no soap Nooo tv it was so boring , the swimming pool was so dirty, the breakfast was a Disaster only Smelly eggs and old bread, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL please save your money and go somewhere Else. Only thing good about this place is the LOCATION that’s it .

During our stay there were construction works at the hotel. In the morning it started already before 8 AM. Laying in the sun at the swimmingpool was with the noice of the construction workers and the workers walked with building equipment in the swimming pool area. When we booked we were not informed about this. We booked 2 weeks before.

Bad!

Wasn’t expecting much of a luxury considering that I booked a basic room. However, there wasn’t anything at my stay that made the hotel a delight and to say the least a place to chill. Despite a good number of tourists the music by the pool was exclusively to the local taste. It seemed that the music choice was made to please the hotel staff not the visitors. They played loud music all day long with the exception of Friday where they did not play music whatsoever. Worse still, music was way too loud and cleaning staff had to communicate yelling across the hotel compound. It was so noisy and way too loud that I had to use ear plugs at my room so I can get some sleep. Restaurant was empty and despite advertising a diner menu, 4 members of staff at the front of house couldn’t deliver service. I ordered dinner and sat for over 30 minutes before standing up and cancelling my order. But, what made it worse and unacceptable is the hotel Wi-Fi that kept dropping and had to spend most of my time waiting for content to load. Absolutely terrible, I felt so miserable. I did complain to reception and all I got was shrugged shoulders.

Bjr, la seule chose positive est l'emplacement pres de la plage. La chambre nous a été livre Sans serviette, sans taie d'oreillees, avec des rideaux tombants , des meubles extremement vieux et uses, sans internet et quelques lampes brûlés , le robinet de la douche disfonctionel aussi. L'hôtel a besoin de beaucoup de travaux. Les chambres sont passable mais vous ne devez pas avoir de gros standard. Le service au chambre est absent vous devez a chaque jour trouver votre femme de ménage sinon, vous n'aurez aucun service. Pour ma part, j'ai du aller trouver quelqu'un pour au moins venir changer mes serviettes et la dame a été arrogante avec moi. Une autre personne est venu pour faire le nettoyage après que j'ai du chialer un peu et la dame pour me calmer me frottait la poitrine. Je suis désolée mais me faire frotter les seins pour me calmer a été juste pire. Je trouve cela de l'abus physique et je refuse de me faire toucher. Cependant, l'hôtel est bien située mais pas pour les gens a mobilité réduite car des marches partout. Les animaux d'assistance sont refusé alors faut bien choisir
