“This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The condition of the rooms is totally shoddy. The beds extremely uncomfortable. No bedside lamps. No shower mat so the floor is very slippery. I could go on and on. There has been clearly no maintenance to this hotel. The staff on the whole were surly with a couple of exceptions.

“The property was immaculate ”

“La habitación era muy confortable. La cama muy cómoda. Baño y ducha todo muy limpio.Mucho silencio.

“It was expensive and the staff would not leave me alone. I closed my door to take a nap after a 38 hour flight and I received two phone calls and two separate times someone knocked on my door and then just walked in. Everywhere I went in the hotel staff were looking for a tip. I understand everyone needs to make a living but it was awful, invasive, and unprofessional. My luggage was delayed and they charged me to go to the airport and pick it up. There are much better places to stay in Lusaka”

“Very peaceful setting and friendly and helpful staff”

“The staff are always excellent here and a very good breakfast spread.”

“Amazing and convenient place to stay… clean and felt like home ”
