“Room carpet was dirty. Stairs were filthy, dirt and mud all over the stairs. Entrances were mud caked and dirty We were there for 2 days, was never cleaned. Door lock broken at rear of the building where our car was parked. Garbage can at front entrance was full and filthy.
When I checked in at 9:00 PM I waited ten minutes at the front desk as there was no one there. The clerk finally came from outside, where I believe he was having a cigarette.
Management needs to step up their cleaning”
