“The hotel is in a good location. The room was run down. Our room key didn’t work forcing us to get a key from the front desk. There were inadequate outlets. There were too few bath towels. The breakfast was mediocre. The bathroom lighting above the mirror was inadequate.”

“I had a terrible stay in the bed. There were bed bugs. I booked for two nights but we only slept one night and we had to run. The facilities were super bad and already deteriorated. I didn't like it at all.”
