Staff were amazing, room was perfect - really comfortable. We ate in the restaurant on our second night and the food was delicious and again really friendly and helpful staff. I think it was Sandie that really went out of her way to just make sure everything was as needed.

Crafers is a beautiful hotel. Lovely room. Gomfy bed and lots lovely extras included in your stay. Staff are amazing and food is devine. We live in Melbourne and we always stay at Crafers. This is our third visit. We love it.

What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout and botanical gardens. Loads of wineries close by. We can’t wait to return!

Hotel is full of character in a beautiful area. Plenty of parking and lovely cafe/bakehouse across the road. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine and made to feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spacious with modern lighting, mood and temperature control features. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Fabulous! Beautifully decorated throughout and our room was lovely and inviting with the fireplace, robes and included treats to make us feel at home. Aesop amenities in the spotless bathroom as well. A fully stocked larder to help ourselves to fresh breakfast was a bonus. We dined in the restaurant and all four of us enjoyed our meals. The staff are terrific and a special thanks to Sandy for checking us in and looking after us so well. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. 🙂
