Food was much better than expected, great variety and all lovely. Great location and didnt have any issues with the noise. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, tidy and felt refreshed. No issues with getting sunloungers. Pool clean and great. Bar staff attentive and friendly and entertainment team Eric and Tomas were brilliant, they got everyone involved and had so much fun!

Have used this hotel on a number of occasions now. Staff generally friendly, food good and varied, and full entertainment programme. Can be a little noisy at night but where in Tenerife isn't?

On arrival we thought the room was a bit worn, ea doors to warderope and refrigerator cabinet. No lockers or shelves in toilet, for toiletries or even toiletrollers. There was a shelf for bath towels. 2 hangers were available. Room and balcony was reasonable spacious for two guests. Airconditioning was very week, no adjusting possible. There were two elevators, for guest use. During all our stay 15 days, there were problems with the elevators frequently. One day guests had to use staff elevator due to fault. Dress policy in the resturant I newer found out, it was not followed anyway. Why have it, just canceled it, and ask guest not to enter with wet swim ware (I hate flipflops, dangerous footware). On the positive side, friendly staff, room and alleyways were clean, towels were changed daily if needed. Food was very good, and veraiety very good, lot of tables in restaurant, no noise at all.. Pool area clean and lot of sunchairs and parasols. Poolbar area with lot of table and chairs, and sunchairs. Staff were looking for people for entertaintment games, they were friendly and doing very well to obtain interests.

all inclusive food is good, plenty of variety and choices, good ingredients quality. also drinks available almost the whole day in either restaurant, pool bar or hotel bar. Staff is great, friendly and trying to always provide the best support. Location of the hotel is great, within 10 min walking from the beach, 5 min walking to Siam Mall and Siam Park, easy access with car to the highway, 20 min drive to the Tenerife Sur airport.

Room was fine but would have liked to see a kettle in the room. Reception staff were not very friendly Pool bar snacks were poor, only pizza or chicken nuggets and chips in an adult only hotel , I’m not 5! Couldn’t see why you had to pay to use the cabana beds, it costs you nothing?? Entertainment staff were amazing they worked super hard and make everyone feel included, they are a credit to you.

Good quality hotel especially for the price. Located fairly close to the beach which is only a short walk. Buffet food was good and the chef station was well run. Evening entertainment was ok. Paying extra for parking and a safe isn’t great service.

Tired bedrooms

Fourth stay at hotel. Facilities good, good choice of food and attentive staff. However, bedrooms are looking very tired and in need of refurbishment. The hotel claims to be adult only. There were several children present and not that made any difference. However, the claim should but be made.

Paying for a suite wasn’t worth it. The bedroom was located next to the hall way. Unfortunately also near a place for smoking. The noise from other guests coming back at night was also a pain. Other downside, the walls are so thin that you can hear the water falling down from the upper floors…
