Das Personal – die Burschen und Mädchen – ist wirklich sehr bemüht und lieb, aber das kompensiert leider nicht die Mängel. In den acht Tagen, die wir dort verbracht haben, gab es im Zimmer ständig etwas auszusetzen: gebrochene Duschhalterungen, ein unsauberer Boden, staubige Kästen und ein vernachlässigter Balkon. Zudem rochen die Kissen trotz sauberer Überzüge nach Schweiß und das Fernsehgerät war ziemlich altbacken. Der Besitzer investiert zwar spürbar in den Außenbereich der Hotelanlage, aber die Zimmer müssen anscheinend noch warten. Der Swimmingpool ist an sich nett, wir haben ihn allerdings nicht genutzt. Auch die weite Entfernung zum Zentrum von Adapazarı muss leider erwähnt werden. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es, abgesehen von zwei Supermärkten, keinerlei Gasthäuser oder andere Geschäfte. Das hoteleigene Restaurant war im Allgemeinen zwar gut, aber die letzte Fertigpizza war für mich leider wirklich ungenießbar. Positiv hervorzuheben war für mich hingegen die zweistöckige Struktur des Hauses – ein beruhigendes Gefühl, da Adapazarı bekanntlich in einer extrem erdbebengefährdeten Region liegt.

İdare eder

Otel genel olarak bakımlı duruyor. Cadde üzeri olduğu için biraz gürültü vardı. Odalarda balkon olması artı bir özellikti. Otele giriş yaptığımızda önce kullanılmış, oda servisi tarafından temizlenmemiş, dağınık ve kirli bir odaya yönlendirildik. Durumu bildirmemiz üzerine tekrar aşağı çağrıldık ve farklı bir odanın giriş kartı verildi. Banyoda sabunlar tek kullanımlık değildi, hijyen olarak hiç uygun bir durum değil. Kahvaltısına katılmadık, bu konu hakkında yorum yapamıyorum.
