“Booked 5 rooms for our family staycation. It was the perfect place for family to relax, unwind and have quality time. The pool is the main attraction which is central to the rooms and overlooks the beach. The amenities are perfect to do activities such as a tennis court, couple gardens, the beachfront, a restaurant and convenience store. “Water pressure in the washroom was so low. Smell was bad in the washroom. In other word sanitation was bad.”

“The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to...
