I travelled to Ghana for my birthday and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. All of the staff were so lovely, particularly Charity and it will definitely be a hotel I will stay at again and recommend!

My stay at the Kempinski Hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food options at the hotel were plentiful and tasty! I had a fantastic time in Ghana and look forward to returning and lodging at the Kempinski.

I liked staff who were knowledgeable!! The service level high !! I will return to this hotel and tell my friends to stay here. Rose Foster was very helpful in completing my reservation and assured me after we were late check gave hotel staff a heads up. The front desk was awesome!!! I really enjoyed my stay!! Beautifully appointed hotel. Great spa and gallery. Staff friendly and helpful. Two glitches were with room service, once the delivery of the order took almost double the time and the other time the chose. Option was not available but it took awhile for them to realize that it was not available which meant that I again had to wait extra time for my order.
