“Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. “Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. ”
