Hotel had alot of workers from out of town. Breakfast was ok.. didn’t use the facilities, which i wish i did.. walking into the room a sensed a smell of urine.. i told the maintenance man and he did something to mask the smell.. bed was very comfortable.. be careful bottled water in lobby is $5.00 per bottle.. holy smokes.. crazy.. all in all hotel was fine.

The staff was friendly at check in, otherwise we didn’t have any other experiences with the staff. The hallway was clean and nice smelling, but our room was musty, dewy and the carpet felt wet. It also was incredibly dirty and got our feet covered in black dirt.

Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast

They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time.
