Staff were super helpful, very nice property. Breakfast was excellent. Seems to be a major hub for alot of companies. I'll stay there again. Chop Steakhouse was a great plus for supper.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. Our only complaint is that there is no air conditioning in the room and it was a bit stuffy (although the hotel did provide 2 fans to circulate air). I’m sure the lack of AC is not a problem most of the year.

Great central location. A breakfast buffet not worth the money and avoid room 309. Was extremely hot. We had 3 fans in the room but even in 17 degree outside weather, the temperature inside the room was in the mid to high 20s with no obvious heat source and it was tricky to sleep.

Love the hotel location. Comfortable beds, great shower. Stayed in room 130 which is beside a bus stop so no privacy especially when a double decker bus stops. Need to add opaque film to opening windows so curtains can be opened and natural light can come into the room. Also traffic noise was a wee problem on John Street at night.
