Good points; parking was close by, hotel is part of a mall so a lot of restaurants to choose between and lots of coffee shops, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was well worth the price and lobby is very nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were not comfortable, pillows had no density to them and mattress were hard.

It was OK a little tired could do with some modernization specially, the bathroom. I only have one light there was no fridge no safe not really any amenities and a very small TV. The breakfast was very good position of the hotel was excellent. Would I stay there again probably not.

The stay was excellent. While the room itself was sub-par, the staff was outstanding, the breakfast amazing, the area fantastic for getting a feel of Aberdeen and it's right at Union Station. Outstanding.

The room was nice and clean and bright with a great view of the train station. And the hotel was attached to the train station and Union Square which was very helpful when I arrived by train at 10:00 at night. I did have trouble finding the street entrance since I arrived so late at night - the main entrance is through the mall. The hotel is modern and much newer than most buildings in the area. It can't get any closer to the train station and bus station, and the shopping mall is a bonus.

This is a great hotel location for us travelling to Shetland, hotel staff were very polite and friendly, breakfast was plentiful and would suit anyone, beds are comfy and room was clean, there’s a fab service that allows you to leave luggage securely until you’re ready for onward travel, never disappointing and always our go to.

Ideally situated in the centre of town by the station, within Union Square shopping centre. Staff were lovely, easy check in. Plenty breakfast options. I’d recommend you put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on your door in the morning though - we had an over zealous cleaner chapping the door at 0930 to ask when we were leaving!
