Front the minute I arrived it was so refreshing. Staff were chatty and so helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and had the most amazing view. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger but that was minor. The addition of the fridge in the room was great to keep my drinks cool. So many hotels at this price don't do this. Another minor gripe was the occasional stale/cigarette smell in the lift/corridor areas but inside the room and social areas it was not an issue. I can't rate the staff highly enough and will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, parking close at hand. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. However, we found he sound proofing/ double glazing in our room to be sub standard for a city centre hotel. Our room was looking onto a busy street and didn't sleep too well due to the traffic noise and voices coming from outside.

Travis was great at check in, really friendly. Room is very dated, bed and pillows not the comfiest, shower not very powerful. Parking at Union Square cost over £20 for 15 hours parking, shame for the hotel that Union Square removed the parking deal for guests. Fire alarm went off just as we got into bed but the staff were great and got us back in our rooms as quickly as they could.
