“The most awful place ever !!! I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . “We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast.”

“ Very good find, comfortable rooms and good shower/bathroom. The room was very hot however, air conditioning in the summer would be a good addition”

“Muy lindas las habitaciones ”

“All was rather delightful however I struggled to work the Tv but other than that was lovely”

“The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it. Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting.”

“An older property that will be considered characterful or dated depending on your viewpoint. I enjoyed it including the narrow stairs and corridors, and the historic nature of the room, which was not lacking for the usual amenities. I had an excellent dinner and the Full English Breakfast was all you could wish for. The staff were attentive and friendly. It is a short walk from the 24 hr public car park and is in the centre of town.”

“Decent enough room, nice bar good breakfast”
