Nicely presented hotel and lobby, however, room was quite basic. Nice dinning facility, booking APP suggested that restaurant was always quite full, however, restaurant itself did not seem busy.

Outdated and poorly maintained hotel

There was a bad smell from the toilet and dusty on the shelf at the entrance to the room (came from the sealing). Some of the tiles on the wall in the bathroom was missing bits and pieces. Some of the staff at the breakfast who was cleaning looked angry and bothered by all the guests- like we were in the way for them when they we’re cleaning tables. All in all an outdated and poorly maintained hotell.

The hotel was ok. It's getting a bit tired though. There is no AC and it was hot during our stay. The hotel restaurant was closed during the public holidays Pentecost and there were no other restaurants close by. We found this rather weird.

It’s a tacky hotel and it seems there is a problem with the soil pipes and drainage system, a vey strong unpleasant smelly in the bathroom and whole room! And strangely around the hotel corridors! Radiator in my room was not working and was not warm and toilet blockage in the room they have given me fort before changing them room! The area is very boring and far from city centre. Just had good selection for breakfast buffet! I will never again stay in this hotel! Stinky bathroom which transfer the smell to whole room!

Rengøring mangler ved flere overnatninger.

Vi havde 2 overnatninger og Iflg. receptionen skal rengøring bestilles dagen før, hvilket i sig selv er en dårlig service i forhold til andre hoteller. Det fremgår ikke nogen steder (som jeg kan se det), og selvom vi ankom dagen før kl. 23 og gjorde opmærksom på, -dagen efter - at vi gerne ville have rengøring allerede om morgenen, kunne dette ikke lade sig gøre. Efter at have spurgt om rene håndklæder 2 gange lykkedes det os, at få dem lagt på den uredte seng.

God service i receptionen med smilende og venligt personale. God morgenmad i hyggeligt område. Værelset vi havde var lidt slidt og der var meget varmt på en sommerdag - men ellers alt godt. Fint beliggende - hurtigt på motorvejen.
