Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Le Chatelard

“What to say.. One of the best hotels we ever stayed. Lovely wellness and pool and amazing rooms and restaurant! Thank you for making our stay special!”

“Incredible hotel with an amazing spa. Would come back again. ”

“We stayed in the L’Ecrin de Jade apartment ”luxury” chalet for 8 people a week. The service was extremely poor from the very start. Right after booking, they tried to pressure us through multiple calls and emails into cancelling our reservation with Hotels.com and booking directly with the hotel instead. The front desk was completely ignorant during the check in process, we all felt they were rude (maybe since we didn’t change our booking), they tried to charge us for cleaning that was included...

“Muy bonito hotel, muy limpio, muy buena atención ”

“Wonderful property, good breakfast and very clean. Finding the property arriving after dark was very difficult. Also Expedia had not forwarded the instructions for access to property in time. Luckily another guest let us in and put us in contact with Mattias to get the codes for our room and front door. Property is not manned other than for breakfast so make sure you have the codes for the doors. Roads to property is winding narrow mountain driving. Would not like to drive here when there is...

“This is such a lovely place, much better than I expected. I will come back again.”

“No14 Verbier - THANK YOU! First impressions were fabulous - from the moment we arrived in the Chalet stepping thro’ the imposing front door fatigue slipped away as our hosts greeted us with a professional, courteous and warm welcome. Before we could blink we were snuggled up in front of the fire mesmerised by the Swiss Alps drinking Champagne accompanied by freshly baked homemade treats. The lounge area interior design was warm, chic and mesmerising - everywhere you sit there is a view onto the...
