“2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。 酒店洗手间的花洒出水效果不佳。 自助早餐，品种也相对较少。”

“The room is big and clean. The staff is nice. However, the indoor swimming pool, gym (only few facilities) and one hotel restaurant in hotel were all closed and shut down!! So curious and not shown on the website!! Also, 3 out of 6 small spa pools were shut down due to problem. The buffet restaurant is only opened for breakfast. There is only one Chinese restaurant and a tea/cafe shop (snack food serving only) are left for lunch and dinner. However, the restaurant is opened until 8:00pm...

“The visit to the hotel was a refreshing stay. As my colleague and I were on a very busy business trip, arriving at the hotel we were happy to be able to relax during our two night stay.
