“The resort is lovely although a little remote, we felt for a weeks trip we really had to hire a car. Some things promoted do not exist, such as hiking trails around the resort or biking- there are no bikes available. None of the pools are heated, so in October they are cold and very few people ventured in. The ninja course was excellent, but very little for teenagers to do apart from this. We booked the padel court, but that is one booking a day and has to be done from reception. Fitness classes...

“Cushions needed cleaned up”

“This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, beach or heated pool and wonderful food. Good for families as well with a kids pool and buffet that provides items for the younger guests. Will definitely return the next time we come to Crete!”

“The hotel is beautiful but there is no proper beach close by so difficult with children as the pool was extremely cold and not heated. No one swam in it apart from the seagulls as it was so cold which was a shame as it was large and well positioned with sea views.”

“Nice”

“This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The attention to detail, the genuine kindness of the staff, and the amenities and experiences were all a 10/10. Do not miss your chance to go here if you can.”

“Beautiful place, great hotel, wonderful staff. First time there but already planning to go back!”

“Everything was perfect and staff were very helpful and respectful!”
