“The corridor smelled like bathroom and in the corridor as well, dirty clothes were in the floor for hours”

“The hotel overall was really nice and very modern. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The reason I’m giving this hotel a low rating has more to do with its location and accessibility. If you don’t have a car, I would not really recommend staying here. There is no direct bus that drops you off at the hotel, so getting there from the airport requires taking a train, then a bus, and finally walking about 20–30 minutes with your luggage. “Buen precio y ubicación, hacia algo de calor y no tenía aire acondicionado. ”

The property was full of bugs that entered from the outside and were not treated. The rooms have central heat and the AC doesn’t override it so we were sweating. There is no WIFI and very little network so I could not work. The TV didn’t work. Don’t recommend for families. Maybe...

“Hotel muy espartano y muy caro para lo que ofrece. Había ruido de canalización de agua bastante fuerte. Se agradece eso sí el párking cubierto incluído en el precio.”

“No está en mas buenas condiciones que se aprecian en la foto. Le hicieron una reforma al hotel pero tampoco quedó muy allá”

“Todo bien excepto la regulación de la temperatura”

“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”
