“Central location. Nice clean modern room with comfy bed. All attractions of the city easily accessible by walk or inexpensive taxi Bolt (download app and travel easy). I like this area as I as an expat live in Tbilisi for some years now. Lived with friends. Hotel is in a park with roses and palms, a mini car meets you and brings to reception (call them and you have a car in 1 minute there to take you and luggage), you can also walk 100 meters if no big luggage. Safe at nights. Breakfast was nice...

“Very nice hotel and very secure. Close to everything in Tbilisi centre. WiFi good and better TV channels than other hotels. Breakfast only starts at 8am and there is no fresh Georgian bread. What is there is generally dry. Espresso coffee extra charge.”

“Was very disappointed to have booked a family room that had two king beds, only to be given two adjoining rooms with queen beds. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast although start time was 9 am that was pretty late.”

“We stayed in this hotel for several nights. I chose it because of the city view including the fortress directly across the river, however, the fortress was covered in scaffolding and closed. We had a little balcony and were on the end of the hotel so right next to us and below was a trashy area with a tin roof where feral cats would lay out in the sun. I of course threw food down to them on the roof which apparently they were quite used to. We were on the higher floor so if u wanna look out...

“This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, in a very peaceful street. However, getting there needs to walk up steep streets. The view from the rooftop and even balconies is great. The staff are lovely. Rooms are clean. However, it is starting to show its age. Matresses need to be changed, and it needs soem maintenance in general. Breakfast is good for the price. However, I would add a fully automatic coffee machine instead of the old one. In...
