“Well it's an okay hotel.”

“-Checkout already at 10am -30 euro extra fee for 2h late checkout -As a Spa hotel the Spa should open earlier then 12 during the weekends”

“Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

“EL HOTEL ESTA EN UN LUGAR MUY BONITO ASÍ COMO SUS INSTALACIONES MUY CÓMODAS Y LIMPIAS, CREO QUE SERIA BUENA MERCADOTECNIA CUANDO EL HOTEL ESTA CASI VACÍO (COMO FUE EN NUESTRO CASO) OFRECER MEJORES HABITACIONES AL REGISTRARSE (UPGRADE)”

“This is a great place to stay in Vysoké Tatry. Very clean, great service, excellent view and location. Free and easy parking.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms. The spa is amazing!”
