“Robin at reception was a true gem and the best part about the hotel. After her showing us to our room it all went downhill sadly. Bar staff and restaurant staff were inconsistent, didn't listen, were abrupt and stopped talking to us to chat to other people that had entered the pub. No thank you after the purchase of drinks, just a swift turn away. Told us what soup was available after I'd mentioned a week of Puree'd soup in Scotland had not been good... what soup did I get, puree'd veg after...

“This is a small hotel which has been decorated well. the staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good The rooms are clean and lovely. However, there is no lift and there are 3 floors. there isn't a large separate lounge. However ,the views are amazing.”

“The farm has excellent views to the surrounding countryside, and is within walking distance of Skipton. The farmhouse was spacious and the rooms were cleaned every day. Staff members were always helpful during my say, and the breakfasts were very good.”

And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return.”

“We took a spontaneous trip to Malham Cove for a night away. This lovely hotel is down a quiet country road 1/2 a mile from the cove and near to several other pubs and cafes. The building is very old and reached over an old stone bridge or the beck (stream) Parking is available and the room was nicely furnished with views of the water and a very comfy bed.
