“Wunderschöne Hotel super Lage. Alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Frontera Medıcal Spa super nettes Personal vor allem Rajmonda super nett sehr hilfsbereit sehr liebevolle Person.

“I have stayed in this hotel before and it was great! I am now back after over a year and the service was atrocious!!! The girls at the front desk was rude. During breakfast the waiter was even worse! There was no forks, no coffee and no waiter while the buffet was full of people trying to have breakfast. We shared the only kettle of coffee with another table and even they acknowledged the service was horrible. The waiter then came over to our table and instead of apologizing he just gave us...

“The reception staff were generally very friendly and helpful, offering useful tips such as where to exchange money, which I really appreciated. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the restaurant. The Albanian cuisine is absolutely delicious - it was a real treat to dine there. I highly recommend trying the local dishes. The room itself is quite compact and the space around the bed is limited, but it was adequate for my needs. The hotel also arranges taxi service to and from the airport,...

“Long story short, I’m looking forward to my next visit soon”
