“Esta muy bien situado cerca de aeropuerto de Pune. Volvería seguro.”

“Good place for a stay in pune”

“The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can.”

“Room was very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was very flavorful, not too spicy and selection in the buffet was extensive. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to provide everything that I needed and sometimes more than what I had asked!”

“I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to **Shraddha** from the Customer Satisfaction Team for checking in and making sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Also, thanks to **Gupta** for the warm welcome at check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.”

“Well run place”

“The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable with good linen and nice towels. The hotel staff were delightful and extremely helpful especially Manika. We enjoyed the food and the specially the expansive breakfast. In all we had a wonderful stay. Only suggestion would be a bigger gym but it still met our needs.”

“Buena recepcion, buen desayuno personal amable y bien situado”

“It was okay overall.”

“The staff are helpful. The food is excellent. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner had a good spread. They also arranged for transport to Imagicaa. The rooftop infinity pool is a good place to view the sunset. Minor quibble about only one roll of toilet paper provided for a family of four. But this was resolved quickly.”

“El hotel es bueno, pero continúa en construcción, lo que es un poco molesto por el ruido de las máquinas. Ango que no me pareció es que no hubiera personal para llevar maletas y lo tuviera qué hacer yo misma”

“Very clean property, excellent staff all around. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, General Manager down. Was great to see a hand written welcome note from the General Manager in the room. Great housekeeping and restaurant staff. Breakfast needs a bit of variety though. Given that most people are long stays, gets a bit repetitive.”

“Fantastic experience.”
