“1st off the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. Location is safe clean area. Not to much near walking distance but a quick grab ride the malls and restaurants close. Hotel itself pretty clean BUT we did have a few roaches in our room. I had bought a half dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and sat the box down for less than 20 mins, came back for a tasty treat only to have a little roach crawling across a donut. “The property was good, but finding it was painful, definitely need better directions took me a few hours of driving around and asking security guards in the area questions how to get there. No response from the owner until after we checked in.”

“Everything was great. Staff was very helpful in verifying the exact rooms we booked. Just be mindful when getting the address. This place is made up of multiple clusters ( ABC etc...) Communicate with your host & ask what specific Phase & Cluster you're supposed to be in. You & your driver will truly appreciate it. The area is very close to great shopping malls.”

“I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience.”
