“This review is long overdue, but the proprietors of this property deserve a shout out. This property was absolutely stunning. Nestled in the rainforest, the October evenings and mornings were cool and crisp, and quiet, but teeming with sounds of wildlife. We were provided with tasty pastries and fruit for our stay. “Our first time in Hawai’i, and this place was one of the highlights of our trip. Surrounded by lush forest and secluded, it was the perfect getaway. The central location on the island allows for east access to everywhere. We will definitely be talking about/recommending the volcano mist cottage to others. ”
