“Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful”

“Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

“Estancia fascinante, rodeado de ambiente histórico muy buen conservado y actualizado, en un entorno excepcional ”

“Room was spacious and nice. Welcoming 5 min massage was great and full body massage for fair price was very good. Whirlpool in sauna area was under maintenance. Service in restaurant was very bad. We ate their twice, both 15 min nobody cared about us, then once ordered nothing happened another 20 minutes, not even drinks came. Second day for breakfast same experience. Food though was good and prices fair. Definitely they have service issues in their restaurant.”

“A very nice property although a bit run down, need of update including furnitures, we arrived late in the evening and found it very cold room we had to turn electric fire on and left it on right through the night, the food is average, no local shops near by, so you will need tuk tuk, staff are great, friendly and very helpful. ”

“Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och god frukost! Men extremt lyhört och svårt att få upp värmen i rummet. ”

“Truly an amazing stay - all the staff were wonderful (Shan was great and very helpful!). Food was wonderful and it was the perfect rest we needed.”

“The stray was wonderful.. location is beautiful .”

“Beautiful pool and grounds. In the jungle is you want an out of town nature experience. Good food and very nice staff. Our room had a nice balcony too.”

“Very nice hotel with good restaurant ”

“Really beautiful view and lovely location, even with the occasional train passing by (if anything, it added to the charm). Very kind and helpful hosts, who loaned their umbrellas to us and accommodated our last minute change of breakfast time when we were running late from a morning hike. They also packed our breakfast to go when we checked out early on our last day. Walking along the train tracks is by far the best way to get to town and back in under 10 minutes. The paved road is quite windy...

“Very nice to stay! Highly recommend.”

“建物、お部屋、ホスピタリティどれも最高なので、ぜひ泊まってください❗️ 街中から少し離れていますがpickmeで車を手配できるので問題ありませんよ。 チェックインの時のウェルカムドリンク＆スイーツから可愛かったし、バトラーの方も常に気を使ってくださいました。 テラスで頂いたアフタヌーンティーは最高でした💕 またエラに行くことがあれば、絶対にここに泊まります❗️”

“Few words about this hotel. First i must say that the hotel was always clean and the breakfast service was great, besides that all was terrible, it felt like we were a target. They charged us for every moment. We order a room for 2 adults and a kid, we got a small queen bed for 3 of us, when we asked for extra bed, they charged us 15$ per night, when we lost a card key, they charged us for a 1000r...the toilet stopped working for 3 times.. the most strange thing was at the day we left , they...

“Awesome experience overall. Everything was great.”

“Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. ”
