“Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road. ”

“It’s impossible to find fault with our stay at Mutara Camp. Our party of three had a car accident on the way, and Dido and Lilomo drove out at night to Rumuruti to pick two of us up - an hour each way on bad roads. The chef had stayed up to cook us a hot meal when we arrived after 11pm, which was very welcome.
