“Excellent property that’s close to everything that Devonport has to offer would stay again!”

“Our executive ocean front suite was perfect - had everything we needed. Staff were very accommodating with a late check out as well. Great location and would definitely stay here again.”

“Wow, what a little piece of paradise. Kookaburra waiting on the railing. Very easy to find and best coffee across the road the cafe. Warm and welcoming.”

“Awesome! We cannot help but say it out loud the moment we entered the access code and unlatched the door to our well-appointed unit. This waterfront apartment-hotel or aparthotel delivers as its brand name promises - fantastic river views from the comfort and convenience of our room. We stayed overnight in an unbelievably large studio unit with plenty of space to dance ballet, “pirouette en pointe” and “fouetté en tournant”. More importantly, the property is affordable and fully equipped with...

“The room was very nice, overlooking the lovely garden which was great to walk around, lovely flowers and view. Breakfast was amazing, sucks a good variety to choose from, all very fresh ingredients.”

“Advertising is misleading. The photos and the address are not for the property listed and the actual property is quite different. Less amenities then described as well, lack of communication from host as well. They know.”

“We had 2 adults and a 12 year old in the smallest room and it was a bit tight with 3 suitcases .The room was ok nothing special but it was clean and did the job .”

“The property was excellent. Beautifully decorated and clean throughout. The position of the property was very good, walking distance to the shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend this property, couldn't fault it.”

“Excellent location. Very nice town.”

“A lovely place to stay full of character and charm. The host was really helpful and friendly and the location was really convenient as well”

“2nd time staying here, this time in the luxury apartment upstairs with balcony and jacuzzi tub. Definitely worth the extra, though the kitchen isn’t as well equipped (1 small saucepan and an eclectic small collection of electric frying pan and large stock pots). Love the situation, just across the highway from the Penguin Lookout where there are talks every night at this time of year (October), and always a few penguins (and some chicks) to see. Can be a bit noisy with the traffic, including...

“If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is your place. The neighbourhood is quiet, calm and tranquil. Staying here will allow you to let out the breath you may have been holding and breathe in fresh sea air. Dining options are great; I highly recommend the burgers and fries at Penguin Beer Co. Ting is a wonderful host, the provided breakfast is a lovely way to start the day, while looking out over the ocean. Treat yourself and stay here for more than a night, so you can fully...

“Absolutely stunning property! Host Rex was wonderful and friendly, nothing was a problem. Superb accommodation, would highly recommend it.”

“Fantastic period house located near the shopping center of town. All the amenities that you could wish for. Our Blue Heeler loved the place and had a good investigation around the back yard. Highly recommend a stay here. Our host was very pleasant and we had a good chinwag with him.”

“A beautiful luxurious suite, they have thought of everything. Hi”

“My family stayed for 3 nights in a standard cabin. Was all we could afford. Cabin was a little worn out & old. Had everything we needed though and was warm and clean. Would stay again.”

“This property, with onsite parking, has beautiful sea views and is in a great location within walking distance of town. The house has two bedrooms with queen beds and another with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. A washing machine is located in a separate area at the back of the property. The kitchen has all you need for a self contained stay. Full fridge, cook top and oven, dishwasher and undercover BBQ. The separate living area has plenty of comfortable seating. ”

“We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest. We stayed as a family, 2 kids under 5,...
