“We stayed in the basic cabin and it was nice but I think they are overselling the luxury aspect a little especially for the price. If you are going in the colder months the source of heat is a gas fireplace which can be trickly to get the room to the right temperature. Also note there is no WIFI in the cabins, I don't think this is a bad thing as it helps connect you to nature a little more but something to keep in mind. The main hotel building has WIFI that works well if you need it.”

“Just as advertised. Beautiful. All cottages are set with private outlooks. Each cottage is very different too. We stayed in the hobbit. Which is 2 bedrooms. One side looks out to garden and a dam teeming with frogs. The other side you can sit and watch alphas, sheep and some of the local wallabies. The cottages are 10-15 minutes to Mole Creek which has a pub and service station. Chudleigh is 10 minutes but only has the famous honey shop and a general come everything shop (very. Limited)....

“We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest.
